By installing and/or using the WK&T TV app, you agree to the terms of this WK&T TV Privacy Policy, as outlined below (this “Policy”). If you do not agree to this Policy, do not install, or use the WK&T TV app. This Policy describes the kinds of information that may be collected through the WK&T TV app and what WK&T might do with that information.

To use the WK&T TV app, you must be a subscriber to a television service being delivered by WK&T which is using Minerva’s streaming platform. The WK&T TV app collects the following types of information:

(a)     In order to activate & use the WK&T TV app, you must provide your username and password that identifies you as a subscriber to WK&T TV.

(b)     When using the WK&T TV app, it will be able to identify how you are using the services provided by the app, including what programming you are watching, what programs have been scheduled, what programs have been recorded through a nDVR (Network Digital Video Recorder) service, search usage, and program bookmarks (where you started or stopped watching a particular program). The WK&T TV app also captures information about the type of device on which the app is installed.

How the Information is Used

None of the information collected through the WK&T TV app is provided to Minerva or otherwise tracked or maintained by Minerva.

All the information collected through the WK&T TV app is provided to WK&T which is providing the television service you are accessing through the WK&T TV app. WK&T uses the information to confirm that you are a current subscriber to our WK&T TV video services.

How do we collect information from you?

WK&T does not collect personal information on this site without your knowledge and active participation.

WK&T may periodically send you e-mails or other company information. WK&T will not send you e-mails if you have previously requested us not to do so and/or have not registered to receive them.

How is your personal information used?

WK&T uses your information in connection with delivering its products and services to you. WK&T uses the information supplied to personalize portions of the service. Some of these personalized services are made available directly by WK&T, while others may be offered by its content partners.

WK&T uses the personal information it collects to provide you with information or samples that you have requested. In addition, we use the non-personal information we collect to provide you with a better experience in the future.
